Reports to: Senior Director, Demand Integration

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $110,000 to $120,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do: 

The Demand Integration Strategist will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and integration across our marketing and sales technologies and processes. They will support sales success through optimizing prospecting efforts within sales outreach tools, including building sequences and managing target lists. They will develop reports on sales performance and provide insights, ensure data integrity across systems, and identify opportunities for system optimization. They will collaborate with Marketing to align on target accounts and facilitate communication between teams, syncing data into our CRM, building campaigns, all while proactively keeping stakeholders informed on progress and challenges.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting Process: Work closely with various stakeholders to optimize prospecting efforts within Outreach. This includes building and refining sequences, managing and loading target lists, and ensuring accurate data flow between systems.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to track performance, funnel impact, and campaign effectiveness through sales outreach tools and CRM. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and marketing.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data quality and consistency across all systems. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement solutions to maintain data hygiene.
  • System Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance functionality and improve the integration between systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to ensure high-quality lead handoff and alignment on target accounts lists. Facilitate communication and collaboration between Marketing, SDRs, AEs, CAMs, and SEs.
  • Proactive Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and opportunities. Provide regular updates on sales operations initiatives and performance metrics.

What You Bring To The Team:   

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using sales outreach tools for prospecting, sequence building, and target list management.
  • Experience with a CRM, including data syncing and campaign building.
  • Skilled in developing reports and providing actionable insights.
  • Experience ensuring data integrity across multiple systems and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales alignment strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience identifying and implementing system optimizations to enhance functionality and data integration.

What You Bring To The Team:
