Who we are

We're Redis. We built the product that runs the fast apps our world runs on. (If you checked the weather, used your credit card, or looked at your flight status online today, you’re welcome.) At Redis, you’ll work with the fastest, simplest technology in the business—whether you’re building it, telling its story, or selling it to our 10,000+ worldwide customers. We’re creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in?

Why would you love this job?

Redis is among the most loved and widely used databases by developers. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Director of Demand Generation to own and execute programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across the full funnel.

This is a great opportunity for a creative and data-driven marketer who enjoys running campaigns end-to-end, experimenting with new ideas, and collaborating across teams to deliver measurable business impact. You’ll have the freedom to shape programs that fuel Redis’ growth and influence how developers and businesses discover and engage with our products.

If you love designing programs that attract and nurture prospects, working across paid and organic channels, and driving initiatives that directly contribute to pipeline, this role is perfect for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Run integrated demand programs: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and consideration.
  • Launch and manage engagement programs: Own webinars, workshops, and product-focused campaigns that educate and nurture our audience.
  • Support product launches: Partner with product marketing to plan and activate campaigns that drive product awareness.
  • Optimize performance: Continuously test and refine campaign strategies, creative assets, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Manage performance and reporting: Track performance across channels, manage performance, and deliver insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with brand, growth, field and technical marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, and execution.
  • Drive measurable growth: Be driven to own a number, measure success, and turn marketing programs into meaningful business outcomes.
  • Stay curious: Keep up with the latest digital marketing and demand generation trends, always bringing new ideas to the table.

What will you need to have?

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign marketing within a B2B technology company.
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple channels (paid, organic, webinars, events, email, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-starter mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where experimentation and agility are key.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines effectively.

Extra great if you have:

  • Experience running programs such as webinars, workshops, and product launch campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Background in developer marketing or experience engaging technical audiences.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $92,300 – $144,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
