You'll provide strategic support and direct collaboration to our Client Service Manager and client, helping enhance travel programs through day to day operational support, focused project work and seamless partnership. We are looking for a collaborative team member who thrives in a global environment, moves with purpose, brings high energy, and is committed to delivering exceptional results. You're detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable advocating for clients while maintaining strong internal partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day operational support and answer general user questions (non-booking related)

  • Create and monitor support cases as needed for post booking and program management issues

  • Execute site administration across multiple platforms to optimize client setup

  • Facilitate implementation of new tools and processes for travel operations

  • Troubleshoot issues with negotiated rates and preferred suppliers not displaying correctly

  • Generate ad-hoc reporting as agreed upon with client team and account management

  • Audit and analyze client travel program data to identify inconsistencies and develop solutions

  • Project Management on select initiatives to achieve established goals and deliverables

  • Maintain expertise in Egencia and Global Alliance Partner offerings and communicate product upgrades, functionality enhancements, and best practices to appropriate stakeholders

  • Advocate for clients internally with management, support teams, and product development

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years in travel management, corporate travel support, or related field

  • Full professional fluency in English; preferred additional language fluency (Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other languages serving our client base)

  • Demonstrated success managing multi-faceted, time-sensitive projects

  • Strong facilitation, written documentation, status reporting, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear client-facing summaries

  • Proficient in Microsoft products; experience with travel management systems; preferred experience with Egencia, Concur, Coupa, or similar travel/expense management platforms

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently, analyze data, and recommend solutions

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong dedication to quality, client satisfaction, and resolving issues to high standards; preferred experience in account management or client-facing roles

The US national base salary range for this position is from 

$60,200.00 - $111,800.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
