The Opportunity:
The Fusion Analysis & Development Effort (FADE) team is seeking a Data Scientist capable of understanding, developing, deploying and maintaining algorithms that merge multiple data feeds into a fused track product at our Denver, CO location. You will work alongside other engineers to support a complex and ever-changing system with a fast-growing user base. You will contribute your ideas, design and implement new capabilities, resolve operational issues, and work directly with a variety of team members and end users to ensure the algorithms meet user needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
- TS/SCI clearance and poly preferred
- 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer or in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, computer science, etc.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- The attitude, aptitude and willingness to learn current technologies and improve upon them
- Working knowledge of Python, calculus, and vector mathematics
- Experience with quantitative data analytics to include multi-dimensional error analysis, clustering, outlier detection, and state and parameter estimation (Kalman filtering)

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
