Responsibilities include mapping, extracting, cleansing, transforming, and validating patient, inventory, claims, order, and payer data; resolving discrepancies; collaborating with implementation and product teams; supporting customers; and documenting migration processes.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Migration Analyst with a strong background in implementing SaaS solutions and managing data transitions between complex systems. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful migration experience for customers moving from legacy platforms into our solution.
What You’ll Do
- Map, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers, etc.
- Lead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into NikoHealth’s platform
- Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migration
- Provide customer support and guidance during the transition process
- Assist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or implementation at a SaaS or technology company
- Strong proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, or other ETL platforms
- Experience mapping and transforming data between complex systems
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, CSV, and relational databases a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience migrating customers from legacy or on-premise systems into SaaS environments.
- Exposure to data migration in DME/HME.
