The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company information and records in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from documents, forms, emails, invoices, reports, and other sources into company databases and systems.
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Update and maintain existing records and databases.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
- Verify information by comparing it with source documents.
- Organize, label, and maintain electronic and physical records.
- Process and maintain spreadsheets, forms, reports, and other business documents.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience is preferred.
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
