AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Data Analyst Intern – Summer 2025 to join our Denver, CO office.

Our Internship Program, Explore, is designed for college students pursuing a degree in a STEM field and provides opportunities to learn what it’s like to work in a professional environment and apply what’s learned in class to the real-world challenges we face every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with data processing, analytics and visualization to support client and business needs.
• Collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data for analysis.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize machine learning techniques to build predictive models and assess their performance.
• Collaborate with team members on data strategy, feature engineering, and model optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• EXPERIENCE:
  • Some experience in SQL, Python, R, Power BI or other analytical tools.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• EDUCATION:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Must have completed 30-45 credit hours towards a related degree from an accredited college/university by the start of the internship (Summer 2025).
• SPECIAL SKILLS:
  • Strong understanding of data wrangling, statistical methods, and visualization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and story telling skills to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS:
  • No licenses or certifications required at this level
