Job DescriptionThe role involves analyzing player accounts for evidence of fraudulent or syndicated activity.
You will evaluate data touch points associated with account registration, account verification, player login activity, payment methods and betting activity to establish risk profiles.
We’re looking for inquisitive, logical thinkers that over time, can leverage their knowledge and experience to help analyse and build risk mitigation measures to limit product vulnerabilities.
This role requires flexibility to support our customers across the busy sporting calendar, including evenings, weekends, and federal holidays.
Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000. Position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

- Reviewing alerts in line with internal risk controls.
- Evaluating customer profiles to identify risk behaviours using all available datapoints.
- Identifying trends and patterns to identify new and emerging threats.
- Maintain an awareness of bet365 products and offers to understand and recognise commercial vulnerabilities.
- Complete manual adjustments and all associated account administration in line with business processes.
- Provide 2nd line support for internal departments.
