We are looking for talented support professionals who are passionate about technology, enjoy working with customers and know how to have fun.
What you'll bring:
- At least one year experience in professionally supporting enterprise customers.
- Basic knowledge of Windows server.
- Basic networking experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English – native language level.
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple internal and external customers.
- Great communication skills.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell).
- Knowledge of VDI (Citrix/VMware) virtualization solutions.
- Availability to work the evening shift, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
