Picis is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager ("CSM") to join our growing Customer Success team! As a CSM, you will work directly with our customers to provide day-to-day support, assist team members with internal and external projects, and use your strong technical knowledge to test product releases and troubleshoot issues when they arise.
This position works closely with all levels of the Customer Success and Product teams to provide our customers with outstanding service.

You should have:
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (we do not sponsor at this time)
- 1+ years applicable experience
You will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our users when they need assistance or have questions pertaining to our products
- Use your technical knowledge and resourcefulness to resolve customer requests quickly and relatively autonomously
- Work closely with the Product team to test product releases and new features
- Take a consultative approach to problem-solving
- Assist Customer Success Managers with customer-facing projects and data modeling/reporting tasks
- Assist team members with internal infrastructure projects and initiatives
- Go above and beyond to serve customers and your team
- Independently conduct research to find solutions to internal and external problems
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ideally, you
- Work collaboratively with the Product Development, Business Development, and Customer Success teams
- Troubleshoot technical software problems
- Possess a self-starter mentality
- Have excellent time management skills
- Enjoy solving complex problems both independently and with members of your team

Salary Range
The hiring range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 USD per year. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
