As a Customer Success Manager, you'll engage with enterprise accounts, ensuring ROI through strategic meetings, managing renewals, and collaborating across teams for customer needs.
About the Role
Conversica is transforming the way businesses connect with their customers through AI-powered engagement solutions — and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM), Enterprise to play a key role in that mission. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor to some of our largest and most strategic B2B enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve measurable ROI and long-term success with Conversica.
You’ll partner with executives, lead strategic conversations, and manage renewals and expansions that drive growth for both our customers and Conversica. This is a highly visible role where you’ll collaborate across Sales, Product, and leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strengthen lasting partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow executive-level relationships across enterprise accounts.
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and strategic business reviews that show clear ROI.
- Own renewals and expansions, including negotiation and commercial transactions.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities using customer health insights.
- Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap.
- Contribute to playbooks and best practices for enterprise customer management.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or similar post-sales roles in SaaS.
- Proven success managing large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and track record with renewals and expansions.
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, and Google Workspace; SaaS adoption expertise a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business needs.
This role offers a competitive base salary of $100,000 – $120,000, plus eligibility for a 20% variable pay (target total compensation $120,000 – $144,000).
