About the RoleThis organization is seeking customer-centric technologists who are passionate about helping companies successfully adopt and scale modern cloud-native platforms.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to guide them from implementation through production deployment, ensuring they achieve success with the platform. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, solving technical challenges, and combining strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills.
This role is well suited to engineers who enjoy supporting customers throughout the lifecycle and acting as a trusted technical advisor for cloud-native technologies and distributed systems.
This is a remote role for candidates based in the Pacific Time Zone (US West Coast).

ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day expert technical guidance to existing customers
Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and product teams
Proactively guide customers through architectural and platform setup decisions
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges in collaboration with developers and field engineers
Contribute to open-source and platform-related projects through issues, pull requests, and documentation
Stay current with new platform capabilities and related technologies to maintain deep technical expertise
Maintain professionalism and empathy when managing complex or high-pressure support scenarios
Engage with relevant open-source communities to support adoption and external collaboration
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes
Working knowledge of Go, Java, Node.js, or a similar modern programming language
Ability to review and troubleshoot code when diagnosing technical issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
