Description

Our sales team is growing and we are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to join our Solutions Engineering team in Denver. You’ll play a critical role in developing custom solutions to showcase the "art of the possible" for strategic customers needing functionality that goes beyond the native monday.com offering. These custom solutions will leverage monday.com's API and App Development framework to create custom workflow automations, UI views, and more. This is a customer-facing role that requires aptitude across our four main pillars of engagement: Discovery, Design/Proposal, Development, and Presentation.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Denver office.

About The Role
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to unblock strategic deals, renewals, expansions, and technical proof-of-concepts
  • Lead deep technical and business discovery with customers to understand the requirements and use case through in-depth discovery sessions with customers
  • Translate customer pain points into clearly scoped, high-impact technical designs
  • Build and deploy production-grade custom solutions using monday.com’s app framework, APIs, SDKs, and automation tools
  • Develop full-stack solutions (front-end, back-end, integrations, and hosting) with exposure to all aspects of delivery, including deployment and DevOps considerations
  • Resolve bugs and provide ongoing support/iteration for live custom solutions active in the service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on project engagements typically ranging between 2-6 weeks in duration.
Requirements
  • Experience leading hands-on projects from A to Z in a production environment, preferably client-facing
  • 3+ years of professional experience building web applications from scratch using TypeScript/Node.js/React
  • Previous experience in Full-stack development
  • Client-centric understanding and passion for building software that provides a great experience
  • Willingness to work independently and learn new skills
  • Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Focus on quality and simplicity

For Denver-based hires only: Compensation Range: $110,000-$135,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity-based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Denver may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
