We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. This position is responsible for answering questions, resolving concerns, processing requests, providing product or service information, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can remain calm under pressure, solve problems efficiently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate patience and empathy when assisting customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Listen carefully to customers to understand their questions, concerns, and needs.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, policies, orders, accounts, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, payments, cancellations, and other customer requests as applicable.
  • Research customer issues and coordinate with other departments to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and expectations have been met.
  • Document customer interactions, requests, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM or customer service system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, promotions, and procedures.
  • Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends or concerns to management.
  • Meet established customer service standards, productivity goals, response-time targets, and quality expectations.
  • Protect customer privacy and confidential information in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful approach during every customer interaction.
  • Assist with administrative duties and other customer service tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service, retail, call center, office, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult or upset customers professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience using CRM, ticketing, POS, order-management, or customer support software.
  • Experience working in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills, depending on customer needs.

Compensation & Benefits
