We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, process requests, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, accounts, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Process orders, returns, refunds, payments, cancellations, and service requests as required.
Assist customers with account updates, billing questions, and general requests.
Investigate customer issues and coordinate with other departments to find appropriate solutions.
Document customer interactions, requests, complaints, and resolutions in company systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information when necessary.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.
Meet established customer service, quality, productivity, and response-time goals.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with difficult or dissatisfied customers.
Protect customer privacy and confidential information.
Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Perform other administrative and customer-support duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service, call center, retail, administrative, or office experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office software.
Ability to learn customer service and company-specific software systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests.
Reliable attendance and ability to meet assigned schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment.
Experience with CRM or customer service software.
Experience handling high-volume customer inquiries.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Experience processing orders, payments, refunds, or account changes.
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills may be an advantage.
