Description: Manages the administrative and logistical roadmap for new customers joining the Omny network.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate kickoff meetings and define project timelines for new accounts.
Track the completion of legal and compliance documentation (BAAs, DSAs).
Ensure all internal stakeholders (Legal, Engineering, Sales) are aligned during the setup phase.
Report on onboarding progress and identify potential delays to leadership.
