The Customer Experience Operations Intern will support the CX Operations team in data analysis, operational processes, and AI initiatives while collaborating with various teams.
FireMon is looking for a technically curious and motivated Customer Experience Operations Intern to support our CX Operations team. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across customer systems, analytics, AI initiatives, and operational processes within a fast-paced technology environment.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational visibility across the business.
What you'll do
- Assist with managing and analyzing data across multiple platforms including CRM, CX, Support, and communication tools
- Support CX leadership with operational initiatives, reporting, and AI-focused projects
- Help optimize workflows and improve operational processes
- Assist with integrations and automation efforts using APIs and webhooks
- Contribute to reporting dashboards and data analysis using SQL and Python
- Support the design of AI prompts and conversational logic for customer-facing chatbot experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organisation
What we're looking for
- Interest in Customer Experience, Operations, Data Analytics, or AI-driven technologies
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or automation tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
