Experience & Qualifications Needed: 

• Demonstrates excellence in customer service within a professional environment, with the ability to build positive relationships.

• Ability to interact with clients, showing empathy, patience, and professionalism.

• Ability to multitask, i.e., calmly support a client who arrives in our office while simultaneously communicating on the phone with another.

• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Service industry experience highly encouraged.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

• Greet Collision customers and determine the nature of their visit. 

• Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive questions to the appropriate person.

• Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate representative that a client is waiting, finds additional support when certain staff is unavailable.

• Maintain customer lobby appearance

• Assist with other duties as assigned. 

• Reliable attendance from 7:50am to 5:00pm, Monday Through Friday.
