As the CRM Sport Promotion Lead, you'll develop promotional strategies, manage campaigns, build teams, analyze performance, and align with major sports events.

We are on the lookout for a CRM Sport Promotion Lead to join our CRM Department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the promo strategy for the sports vertical in alignment with the overall CRM strategy of the company.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from ideation and planning to performance evaluation (without involvement in the technical setup of bonuses).
- Build and hire the promo team, organize workflows, and support professional development of team members.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses, generate insights, and develop optimization recommendations.
- Participate in the creation of seasonal promo calendars and campaigns tied to major sporting events (championships, tournaments, derbies, etc.).
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience — ability to build processes and teams from scratch, motivate and develop people.
- Hands-on experience in developing and launching marketing or CRM campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of CRM marketing principles — segmentation, retention, communication flows, and LTV.
- Strong analytical skills — confident use of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience working with analytics or BI tools and interpreting campaign performance data.
- Ability to make decisions and take ownership of results.
