Position: CRM & Retention Marketing Coordinator
Department: Marketing for Olive & June
Work Location: 100% Remote
What you will be doing:
Olive & June is looking for a CRM & Retention Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about facilitating the hyper-growth of an industry-disrupting company. In this role you will have the opportunity to change the at-home nail game for millions of individuals by helping to develop and execute growth and retention initiatives across Email & Text channels, outline campaign strategy, help manage retention programs (membership, referral, loyalty, and more) and change customer behavior. A successful candidate will be highly strategic and analytical but also have the ability to quickly pivot to support the tactical needs of a growing organization. You will support key channels for our business, driving initiatives from ideation to launch (and learn!), always striving to break records. The right person will have experience managing an email marketing program with a track record of driving growth and retention across the customer lifecycle
Understand the customer lifecycle and develop Email + Text marketing strategies to support broader brand growth and retention goals.
Manage day-to-day scheduling of Email + Text campaigns.
Assist in management of Klaviyo CRM system including planning, scheduling, end-to-end quality checks, and on-time delivery of all communications.
Facilitate updates to various programs throughout the customer lifecycle journey - referral, loyalty, membership, and more.
Collaborate with Creative team to develop Email + Text content to meet goals and timelines.
Track, monitor, and analyze KPIs including managing a weekly reporting process for base metrics and A/B test learnings.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
Track record of driving growth and retention with email marketing across the customer lifecycle
Strong analytical skills and ability to easily translate data into actionable insights
Excellent attention to detail and extremely organized
Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
1+ years of digital marketing experience
2+ years of experience with email marketing and CRM systems
Experience crafting Email campaigns from ideation to execution
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Klaviyo
In California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $44,292.88 - $66,439.32 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
