About You

Nutrafol is looking for a CRM Manager to join our Retention Marketing team. In this role, you will own the execution, optimization, and quality of lifecycle and retention programs across Email, SMS, Push, and App. You will manage and support CRM Associates, provide QA oversight, and ensure campaigns and journeys are launched accurately, on time, and aligned to business goals.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading execution. You know how to balance hands-on work with review and guidance, and you take ownership of both performance and quality. You enjoy partnering cross-functionally and operating within complex CRM platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns and always-on lifecycle journeys across Email, SMS, Push, and App
  • Manage and support CRM Associates by assigning work, setting priorities, reviewing builds, and providing coaching and feedback
  • Own final QA oversight and launch approval for CRM campaigns and journeys, ensuring accuracy across targeting, content, timing, and tracking
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day CRM partner for Design and Coding teams, managing briefs, feedback, feasibility, and execution to ensure launches are production-ready and on time
  • Define and maintain clear timelines, briefs, and execution standards for CRM initiatives
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve engagement, conversion, and retention performance
  • Analyze campaign and journey performance and share insights and recommendations with stakeholders
  • Maintain CRM documentation, QA checklists, and best practices to support scalable execution

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Iterable, Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar)
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring CRM Associates or junior team members
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and journey automation
  • Proven experience owning QA processes and launch readiness
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance and test results
  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accountability for execution quality

Nice to Have

  • Experience in subscription, DTC, or healthcare/wellness brands
  • Experience with CRM platform migrations or major technical initiatives
  • Experience with dynamic content and personalization at scale

Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$90,000$110,000 USD
