The Role:
We are seeking a CRM Program Manager to assist and support in the administration, optimization, and adoption of our CRM and tech stack. This role is critical in ensuring that our CRM ecosystem is efficient, well-integrated, and aligned with business objectives.
As a CRM Program Manager, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross‑functional partners to ensure system improvements, release planning, training, communications, and roadmap alignment are executed smoothly and effectively. You will assist in the management of Salesforce and other sales and marketing tools, ensuring that they are effectively leveraged to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify CRM and system improvement opportunities and partner cross‑functionally to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Manage and communicate CRM release schedules, ensuring alignment on bug fixes, enhancements, and updates.
- Own the CRM enhancement lifecycle—from requirement gathering through solution design, validation, communication, and training.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable system solutions and optimize user experience across GTM workflows.
- Develop and validate Salesforce training content with Enablement; provide documentation and support to drive adoption.
- Produce CRM newsletters, release notes, and updates to ensure clear communication of system changes.
- Create presentations and business‑friendly documentation that simplify complex CRM concepts for stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for CRM user issues, performing initial troubleshooting, triage, and escalation.
- Ensure Salesforce and integrated systems remain intuitive, efficient, and aligned with user needs.
- Build cross‑functional roadmaps supporting Sales, Marketing, Legal, CS, and CRO initiatives.
- Gather and synthesize GTM pain points to inform backlog prioritization and process improvements.
- Partner across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Operations to ensure systems and processes align with business objectives, including order‑to‑fulfillment workflows.
- Analyze business needs and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain a forward‑looking approach, ensuring technology and processes evolve with business needs.
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS or CRM ecosystem development, including system enhancements and process optimization.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing systems, managing integrations, and driving user adoption.
- Experience working with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing technology partnerships.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.

- Effective communicator with ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a range between $100,000.00-$135,000.00 USD in on target earnings. The top end of the range is reserved for candidates with extensive experience and a profile that strongly aligns with the senior expectations of this role.
