- Drive strategic performance improvements through data-driven insights to optimize delinquency and collections recovery targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify critical trends in credit and delinquency by analyzing roll rates and complex datasets to provide leadership with actionable recommendations for business strategy
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for cross-functional initiatives, bridging operational processes with data-driven strategy to align with departmental OKRs
- Produce and validate complex reporting structures that alert the business to unforeseen performance shifts or emerging financial risks in real-time
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline reporting cycles and enhance the precision of predictive credit models
- Foster strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaborative problem-solving across the billing and credit ecosystem
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Additional Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, AWS, or Python to enhance data extraction and modeling
- Prior exposure to AI tools such as Google Gemini and NotebookLM for data synthesis
- Specialized background in collections, delinquency, or credit strategy
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of related experience in analytical reporting, data analysis, or financial operations
- Required Technical Skills: * Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
