- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish for verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing Discord groups or similar online communities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in game community management and UGC game operations.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies to maintain a positive community.
- Familiarity with at least one UGC creation platform (e.g., Roblox Studio, Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), Minecraft Plugin & MOD, etc.)
- Experience in UGC project development, understanding workflows, and best practice
Technical Skills:
- Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy score.
- Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
