- A proven track record of sourcing and closing deals, you're a hunter energized by opening doors and landing high-value partners.
- An established network across the creator economy, B2B, or AI space that you can activate from day one.
- A track record of turning relationships into measurable acquisition or revenue, not just brand activations.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct, comfortable owning terms and structuring deals.
- A self-starter who operates with autonomy and thrives in a fast, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presentation capabilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
