  • Coordinate with freelance designers, external agencies, and other creative resources as needed to support project deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve studio processes, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the primary project management contact between the design studio and cross-functional partners, including brand marketing, ecommerce, digital, social, paid media, and retail teams.

  • Track deliverables through creative development, design, revisions, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and final production.
  • Ensure creative teams have accurate project requirements, specifications, deadlines, and supporting materials.
  • Manage review cycles and approval deadlines to maintain project schedules and minimize unnecessary revisions or delays.
  • Coordinate final asset delivery, ensuring deliverables meet channel requirements and are provided to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, version control, and approval records.
