Job Description
We're looking for a Creative Director, Brand & Campaigns to define and evolve how Bose looks, feels and shows up in the world.
This role will be responsible for defining Bose's visual identity, establishing a distinctive and consistent brand expression across product launches, campaigns, experiences, and cultural activations. The Creative Director will lead the creative concepting and development of Bose's most important product photography and video content, translating product innovation, design and new color collections into compelling creative that builds desire and strengthens the brand.
Beyond product launches, this person will guide how the Bose identity is applied across every major brand expression-from live experiences, events and partnership activations to talent seeding, packaging and physical environments. They will also lead the development of advertising and experiential work that brings Bose's broader brand platform to life in culturally relevant and emotionally resonant ways.
The ideal candidate is a concept-driven creative leader with a sophisticated visual point of view, deep experience in product and brand storytelling, and the ability to move fluidly between defining creative systems and producing breakthrough work. They combine exceptional taste with strong leadership, translating a clear brand vision into work that is both highly distinctive and consistently executed.
What You'll Do
Define Bose's Visual Identity
  • Own and evolve Bose's global visual identity, establishing the creative principles, design language and visual systems that define how the brand shows up.
  • Create a clear and differentiated point of view across photography, film, motion, graphic design, typography, color, composition and art direction.
  • Develop and maintain brand creative guidelines that give internal teams and external partners a strong framework without limiting creative ambition.
  • Ensure the Bose brand is recognizable, coherent and elevated across every consumer touchpoint.

Lead Product Photography and Video
  • Lead the creative concepting, art direction and production of Bose's global product photography and video content.
  • Define the visual stories for major product launches, seasonal moments and new color collections.
  • Translate product design, technology and innovation into work that creates emotional desire-not simply functional understanding.
  • Select and direct photographers, directors, designers, stylists and production partners to deliver work at the highest creative standard.

Serve as the Creative North Star Across Brand Design
  • Set the creative direction for how Bose's brand identity is applied across experiences, partnerships, events, retail environments, talent seeding and physical brand expressions.
  • Guide the design of seeding kits, packaging, installations, event environments and partnership activations to ensure they feel unmistakably Bose.
  • Provide senior creative leadership and clear decision-making across internal teams, agencies and external collaborators.
  • Establish a consistent standard of craft while allowing each execution to respond authentically to its audience, partner and cultural context.

Bring the Bose Brand Platform to Life
  • Lead the development of video, experiential and integrated creative work that builds and expresses Bose's overarching brand platform.
  • Translate the brand strategy into compelling concepts, narratives and consumer experiences.
  • Develop work that demonstrates the emotional and cultural power of sound while reinforcing Bose's authority in audio.
  • Identify new creative formats and opportunities to bring the platform to life across film, content, live experiences and cultural moments.
  • Ensure product storytelling and brand storytelling work together as one connected creative system.

Build and Inspire Creative Teams
  • Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams across art direction, design and creative development.
  • Create a culture of high standards, constructive critique, experimentation and creative ambition.
  • Build strong relationships across Brand, Product, Partnerships, Experiential, Communications and Marketing.
  • Represent a clear creative point of view with senior leaders, agency partners and external collaborators.
