About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Recruiter (Contract) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing business functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success, deep expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. This is a contract position that will support recruiting needs for 4-6 months.

This role is fully on-site at our Denver Headquarters (Cherry Creek): 255 Fillmore Street

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience

  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach

  • Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations

  • Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Legal, Finance, and Accounting roles (plus any ad hoc positions)

  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools

  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments

  • Skilled in salary and equity negotiation

  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 4+ hires per month)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy

  • Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed

  • Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of $43 - $52 per hour. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
