AMP is hiring a Corporate IT Manager, reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, to ensure AMP’s corporate IT systems support our employees with a well-run, responsive helpdesk, reliable and repeatable on/offboarding, smoothly administered enterprise SaaS systems, and IT projects to improve our systems, policies, and processes.  In this role, your primary focus would be building a reliable, scalable internal IT function across helpdesk, SaaS administration, onboarding/offboarding, and foundational IT process. This role is ideal for a Sr SysAdmin who is ready to step into a management role, or someone in their first few years of managing IT teams.

As our Corporate IT Manager, you will:

  • Lead a 1–3-person Corporate IT team, responsible for Helpdesk, onboarding/offboarding, GSuite and enterprise SaaS administration, and corporate IT improvement projects.
  • Create and manage the quarterly IT projects roadmap.
  • Oversee the Helpdesk, mentoring other respondents and helping directly on challenging tickets.
  • Work cross-functionally with business partners to develop and implement IT policies to improve internal governance and security.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • People management of 1-3 IT specialists including regular 1:1s, career development, and performance review, supported by the Software management team.
  • Manage costs to the IT departmental budget, supported by the Director of Software.
  • Foster positive, service-oriented culture that promotes trust, transparency, and sustainability
  • Hiring management for the team, including the design of the interview process for future team members, running debriefs, and onboarding new team members.

The successful candidate will have:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or similar, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
  • 4+ years' experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT specialist role.
  • 1+ years of experience configuring and administering enterprise SaaS applications like Netsuite, Salesforce, and Jira or similar.
  • Experience with GSuite administered domains.
  • Ready to lead a small team while wearing a lot of hats.

Preferred: 

  • 1+ years direct management experience within IT.
  • 1+ years of experience with IT networking projects or network issue remediation.
  • Experience building and delivering IT project roadmaps.
  • Experience drafting and/or implementing IT policies according to regulatory or corporate governance standards.
  • Cloud-first mentality for IT system administration.

Working Location(s): 60% in office at AMP's Louisville, CO headquarters with 40% remote.

Salary & Compensation Information: $115,000 - $144,000 per year

Travel Requirements: 10%
