Operate forklifts to load/unload tractor trailers, stage and QC baled recycled materials, record weights and photos, create bills of lading, manage traffic flow, enter data into company systems, and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records to support production and customer satisfaction.

Supervise production floor and personnel, meet production goals, operate and monitor equipment (forklift, baler, wheel loader), train staff, inspect and maintain equipment, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with operations management.

Manage materials planning, inventory accuracy, and logistics for a recycling manufacturing facility. Forecast demand, maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy, oversee shipping/receiving, supervise staff, support plant manager, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Operate and inspect heavy equipment (wheel-loader, forklift, compactor, baler, Kubota) to manage inbound materials, load/unload and stack bales, perform minor maintenance, follow LOTO and safety procedures, monitor contamination, complete inspection reports, and assist or cross-train on sort line duties.

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on processing and support equipment (balers, sort line, loaders, forklifts). Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, log repairs in the CMMS, support continuous improvement, coordinate with Plant Manager, and act as emergency coordinator. Conduct inspections and minor repairs to increase equipment reliability.

Lead long-range financial modeling, capital planning, and scenario analysis to support executive and Board decisions. Drive fundraising, project finance, and transaction execution; evaluate M&A and new business growth opportunities. Prepare investor and Board materials, manage diligence processes, and develop financial and commercialization frameworks to guide capital allocation and strategic initiatives.

Lead and train a maintenance team to preserve uptime and improve equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance, supervise contractors, manage spare parts inventory, ensure safety compliance, operate industrial vehicles, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead commercialization of recovered materials by developing end-market strategies, securing long-term offtake agreements, and originating strategic partnerships across organics and advanced recycling. Provide commercial analysis, pricing, contract support, and cross-functional coordination with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to validate market pathways and improve facility economics. Measure success by new strategic partnerships and commercial agreements that increase material value.

Lead origination and close of AMP ONE sortation system and SaaS deals by sourcing opportunities, building pipelines, structuring agreements, running due diligence, modeling project finances, and influencing public and private stakeholders. Drive partnerships, present product solutions, monitor market trends, and lead cross-functional teams to execute complex transactions across target regions.
