Manage materials planning, inventory accuracy, shipment scheduling, storage, receiving, and logistics for a recycling facility. Provides remote and onsite customer support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for robotic AI sortation equipment. Trains customers, maintains service documentation, processes warranty claims, tracks billable hours, and reports recurring hardware or performance issues to engineering. The role requires industrial controls experience, hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, customer communication, problem-solving, physical fieldwork, on-call availability, and up to 30% travel.

Operate and inspect recycling and manufacturing equipment, identify needed repairs, perform equipment service and inspections, monitor operations to minimize downtime, clean and store equipment, follow quality-control protocols, and comply with company, regulatory, and safety requirements. The role requires on-site attendance, independent and team-based work, overtime or call-in availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds during extended shifts.

Operate and inspect heavy equipment (wheel-loader, forklift, compactor, baler, Kubota) to manage inbound materials, load/unload and stack bales, perform minor maintenance, follow LOTO and safety procedures, monitor contamination, complete inspection reports, and assist or cross-train on sort line duties.

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on processing and support equipment (balers, sort line, loaders, forklifts). Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, log repairs in the CMMS, support continuous improvement, coordinate with Plant Manager, and act as emergency coordinator. Conduct inspections and minor repairs to increase equipment reliability.

Operate forklifts to load/unload tractor trailers, stage and QC baled recycled materials, record weights and photos, create bills of lading, manage traffic flow, enter data into company systems, and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records to support production and customer satisfaction.

Lead long-range financial modeling, capital planning, and scenario analysis to support executive and Board decisions. Drive fundraising, project finance, and transaction execution; evaluate M&A and new business growth opportunities. Prepare investor and Board materials, manage diligence processes, and develop financial and commercialization frameworks to guide capital allocation and strategic initiatives.

Develops and productionizes deep learning and machine learning perception models for robotics and recycling sortation. Responsibilities include experimenting with neural network architectures, designing computer vision solutions, conducting statistical experiments, deploying successful models, collaborating with data, modeling, and cloud infrastructure teams, and improving ML infrastructure.

Lead commercialization of recovered materials by developing end-market strategies, securing long-term offtake agreements, and originating strategic partnerships across organics and advanced recycling. Provide commercial analysis, pricing, contract support, and cross-functional coordination with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to validate market pathways and improve facility economics. Measure success by new strategic partnerships and commercial agreements that increase material value.
