This role plays a key part in the escalations and communication with multiple sources. Works with within supply chain and production ensuring schedules and customer demands facilitated. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing inbound materials flow.

- Maintain accurate records of incoming materials, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to manage stock levels, minimizing shortages or excesses.
- Keep accurate documentation for parts that get put on hold. Also, work internally and with suppliers to manage inventory processes.
- Ensure product inspection and inventory measures align to successfully route product to correct departments.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining purchase order systems to facilitate production evaluation.
- Assist with outbound shipments as needed.
- Ability to work OT as needed.
Preferred:
- SAP Knowledge & Google Sheets
- Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
- 2 - 3 years automotive experience
- HS Degree / GED (Required)
- Proven knowledge and ability to demonstrate high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently
- 5-10 years Inventory Management
- English (Expert)
