The Brand & Planning Coordinator manages day-to-day marketing projects, collaborates with teams, ensures brand consistency, leads meetings, and prepares reports and communications for university partnerships.
Noodle is higher education’s leading strategy, services, and technology partner. We develop infrastructure, provide life-changing learning experiences, and grow the awareness of and the enrollment in some of the best academic institutions in the world. Our vision is “to empower universities to change the world.” We achieve this vision by offering our university partners various products and services that help them be more resilient, responsive, efficient, and interconnected.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Brand & Planning Coordinator to support the student lifecycle for our university partnerships as part of our marketing team.
The Brand & Planning Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day projects, including coordinating timelines, tasks, and workflows. While dedicating the majority of their time to marketing, the Brand & Planning Coordinator will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that all deliverables aimed at recruiting, enrolling, and retaining students adhere to our clients' brand standards and support performance objectives.
As a Brand & Planning Coordinator, you will:
- Actively manage project timelines, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely project briefing, kickoff, and delivery of assets and campaigns – collaborating with multiple stakeholders to translate scopes of work and annual plans into accurate project builds in Wrike, and work with internal team members and vendors to adhere to schedules.
- Ensure an outstanding partner experience and seamless project delivery by: assisting in the creation and coordination of briefs; serving as the initial reviewer for marketing assets to check for typos, brand consistency, and content alignment; preparing files and communications for review and approval processes; and organizing website maintenance and content updates.
- Work effectively with key internal stakeholders supporting your portfolio of University Partners - including but not limited to the Integrated Marketing Director, General Manager, and marketing and enrollment service teams.
- Monitor milestones and performance across multiple projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Director and Project Management Office (PMO) in effective risk management and mitigation.
- Organize and lead cross-functional, internal meetings to align teams and departments against a unified plan, fostering collaboration and ensuring that action items/tasks are properly documented in the project management system.
- Review internal performance dashboards, draft partner-facing reports, and leverage an understanding of marketing and enrollment cycles to identify potential risks and opportunities, and share with the team for feedback.
- Prepare draft presentations, reports, and asset reviews, ensuring partner communications are well-informed, concise, and grammatically correct.
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish standardized file structures and store project artifacts, ensuring external artifacts are available to clients as needed.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of previous marketing experience
- Understand tech and interdepartmental dependencies
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Great attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over project outcomes
- Experience reviewing marketing content
- Familiarity with Wrike (or similar project management systems)
- Ability to delegate and follow up with partners, colleagues, and vendors in a positive and effective manner
- US time zone
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
Role Requirements:
- Internet Connectivity: As this role is primarily remote, a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential, along with a quiet, organized workspace for participating in camera-on meetings.
- Core Business Hours: Available during core hours from 9am-5pm. Start and end times may flex slightly based on your time zone.
