The Role
As COO, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, part strategist, part executor, part builder. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and other C-level leaders to turn bold ideas into grounded systems. You’ll define what “operations” even means here and lead with a hands-on mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Co-create and implement operational strategies that bring our vision to life

  • Build the systems that let our team thrive, from remote workflows to scalable processes

  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all the regions we operate

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and lead the team toward key milestones

  • Analyze internal and external data to guide decisions and performance

  • Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion possibilities

  • Collaborate with legal counsel to manage contracts and mitigate risks

  • Lead contract negotiations with key partners and stakeholders

  • Shape company culture by fostering collaboration, transparency, and accountability

  • Work side-by-side with some of the most passionate minds in neurotech

Who You Are

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred)

  • You have at least 5–8 years of experience in operations, strategy, or executive management — ideally in a tech startup, deep tech, or hardware-focused company

  • You’ve scaled a team or company before and have a strong understanding of what growth truly requires

  • You’re equally comfortable in spreadsheets, strategy calls, and onboarding docs

  • You’re experienced in legal compliance, contract negotiation, and building operational frameworks from scratch

  • You see chaos as opportunity. You build order without killing creativity

  • You’re energized by the idea of helping build something that might change lives

  • You think long-term, but you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty today

  • You know leadership isn’t about status; it’s about service
