- Previous controller experience in an automotive tier 1 with UAW
- Full understanding of indentured bill of materials and standard costing
- Advanced Excel knowledge and desire to understand, utilize and enhance integrated models
- Previous planning, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Working knowledge of SAP and One Stream
- Strong leadership skills - Ability to motivate and genuinely care for the team, hold the team accountable and develop/enhance the succession plan
