Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Contracts Manager to manage the contracting support provided by the Legal Department across the business. This role will monitor contract assignments and workloads, review NDAs and lower risk agreements, and manage contract-related reporting to support compliance and operational efficiency. This role will serve as the administrator for the company’s contract lifecycle system with responsibility for managing user access, training internal stakeholders, and troubleshooting user issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review:
    • Review and process NDAs and other low-risk agreements in accordance with company policies.
    • Ensure contract terms align with company policy, legal and compliance standards.
    • Prepare redline comparisons and track revisions to assist attorneys in contract negotiations.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Design, generate, and analyze system reports to track contract status, compliance metrics, and user activity.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.
  • CLM System Administration:
    • Serve as primary administrator for CLM platform, including inputting, validating, and maintaining contract metadata, obligations, and key terms in the CLM database to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Manage and update approved templates, clause libraries, and approval workflows within the CLM.
    • Manage user access, permissions, and roles within the CLM platform.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related user support and troubleshooting.
  • Execution and Document Management:
    • Coordinate approval and execution of contracts through DocuSign / CLM.
    • Manage CLM contract repository, ensuring all executed agreements and supporting documents are consistently stored and retrievable.
    • Support contract close-out, renewal, and termination process, including reminders and notifications
  • Training & Support:
    • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing CLM users.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective system usage.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance contract workflows and system efficiency.
    • Support the implementation of best practices in contract management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management or a similar legal paraprofessional role
  • Hands-on experience with CLM systems
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, especially NDAs and standard commercial agreements
  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven “completer-finisher” mindset: takes ownership of tasks, follows through diligently, and ensures high-quality timely results
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision, while knowing when to escalate issues appropriately
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain structured processes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • High degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with system administration or user support in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance frameworks

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$150,000 bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
