Job Overview:

The Contracts Analyst I position offers an entry to the Contracting Department at the base level. This position supports Contracts Analyst II, Senior, and Management level positions within Contracts as necessary. Contracts Analyst I assists with oversight of the contracting process during bidding, pre-construction, and construction phases as the Contracts group is involved.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Track and maintain correct version history of exhibits and other documents sent and received.

•Perform document control functions including managing internal and external file repositories, organizing file structures, and ensuring that records are maintained and up to date.

•Draft email list of action items to responsible parties after meetings as required.

•Attend all project related meetings and distribute any updated dates and prices.

•Maintain diligent records of communicated deadlines.

•Assist with project close out with oversight to ensure all contractual requirements are documented appropriately.

•Support Non-Disclosure Agreement processing.

•Redact contractual documents following guidelines provided for internal information.

•Request and maintain diligent records of Parent Guarantee, Bond, and Certificate of Insurance.

•Learn from/shadow Contracts Analyst II.

•Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

•High School Diploma

•1-5 years comparable experience is preferred.

•Experience in a role with fluctuating daily responsibilities is strongly preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

•Demonstrated organizational skillset.

•Strong interpersonal ability amongst a variety of personalities, from Admin to Executive level.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

•Experience with Adobe and/or Bluebeam is preferred.

•Maintains high comfort level speaking to large and varied groups.
