Our client, a world leader in life sciences and biotechnology, is looking for a “Contracts Administrator (100% Remote)”. 

 

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $35/hr - $50/hr on W2

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contracts Administrator to support contract lifecycle management for our Personalized Healthcare Solutions business. This role will manage contracts from initiation through execution, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and smooth progression through internal workflows.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple contracts independently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract workflows from initiation through drafting, review, execution, and signature.
  • Track contract milestones, payment triggers, renewals, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate contract drafts and updates with internal teams and external partners, primarily through email.
  • Partner closely with Salesforce, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders to resolve contract workflow issues and support complex agreements.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and ensure systems are updated throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Review contract pricing and margins, compare terms across agreements, and identify discrepancies or errors.
  • Support contract scoping, negotiations, execution, and process improvements.
  • Help streamline contract generation and lifecycle processes using Conga CPQ and CLM.
  • Manage multiple priorities, proactively follow up on outstanding items, and keep contracts moving through the pipeline.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or contract operations.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage contracts from initiation through signature.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
