Position Summary: 
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will serve as a change agent, leading product and process quality improvements that drive operational excellence across the organization. Leveraging your process improvement skills, you will spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver strategic outcomes that elevate our service to students, schools, and communities. 

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential 
Location - Greenwood Village, CO.  Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities: 
  • Lead cross-functional, enterprise-level continuous improvement initiatives that align with EverDriven’s strategic goals. 
  • Facilitate working agreements and shared objectives across teams of subject matter experts and department leaders. 
  • Deploy Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to eliminate waste, manage risk, and improve quality in processes and products. 
  • Drive organizational change by implementing new tools, techniques, and processes to achieve breakthrough results. 
  • Manage and optimize project performance using structured frameworks, with a focus on transparency, timeliness, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Deliver training and establish standard operating procedures in close collaboration with Product, Training, and Operations teams. 
  • Champion agile project management practices to improve time to market and enterprise agility. 
  • Identify and act on both risks and opportunities, maintaining continuous alignment with business priorities and resource capacity. 
  • Build effective communication strategies and maintain consistent updates to stakeholders at all levels by curating decks and presenting your progress and results.  
  • Use of low code/ No code software to deliver process improvements. 

Requirements

  • 2- 5 years of project management experience, preferably within operations or process improvement environments. 
  • Demonstrated experience using Agile methodologies and leading large-scale, cross-departmental initiatives. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with project management software and techniques. 
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong ability to lead through influence rather than authority. 
  • A passion for driving meaningful outcomes and challenging the status quo to make EverDriven even better. 
  • Six Sigma Yellow or Black Belt certification (preferred).
