As a Content Coordinator, you’ll help support and organize our content library across all MNTN platforms, so our customers and internal team members can easily find the answers they need. You’ll assist in keeping all MNTN platform’s content updated, accurate, and consistent, and you’ll work alongside experienced team members to develop your skills in content management, organization, and collaboration, while helping improve core customer experience metrics like AI resolution and deflection, self-serve success, and article resolution.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in collecting, updating, and organizing training materials, tutorials, customer-facing updates (like FAQs or quick tutorials), help articles, macros, and internal resources
  • Maintain platform content by removing outdated materials, ensuring accuracy, and proofreading for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency through regular governance and content review cycles
  • Apply information architecture best practices to structure, label, and organize content, so it’s easy to find for both customers and internal teams
  • Proactively identify gaps or improvement opportunities and take initiative to research, build, and implement solutions independently
  • Use analytics tools to track how content is performing and make suggestions for improvements
  • Work with cross-functional teams like Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to learn and apply both content and user experience best practices
  • Stay curious about new trends in content, customer experience, and technology, and apply those insights to enhance our processes and outputs

What you’ll bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in content coordination, technical writing, communications, marketing, or a related field 
  • Exceptional command of the English language with strong writing and editing skills, and a sharp eye for detail and clarity
  • Familiarity with content structuring, including headings, metadata, and modular content, or a willingness to learn them quickly
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Quick to learn new products, tools, systems, and processes
  • Resourceful, proactive, and growth-oriented, able to collaborate across teams and independently seek out the information needed to drive projects forward.
