About the Role:
BigPanda is defining the Agentic ITOps category—and building the market presence to own it.

We’re looking for a Content & Brand Activation Manager to be the hands-on social and video activation engine for Corporate Marketing. This person will take BigPanda’s strategic narratives and turn them into social-native content, short-form video, executive visibility, and real-time moments that earn attention and move the market.

The current Corporate Marketing agenda is centered on a connected narrative designed to create urgency, drive conviction, help buyers evaluate, and provide a practical path forward. This role makes the system travel across LinkedIn, executive channels, events, webinars, and the broader market.

This isn’t a social scheduler or a traditional long-form written content role. It’s a creator and operator who can spot the moment, find the hook, make the thing, and get it live—without waiting for a production machine to appear.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Corporate Marketing and partner with executives, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Web, Design, PR, and subject-matter experts.

What you will do:
Social and executive activation
Oversee the day-to-day social engine for Corporate Marketing.
  • Build and manage a practical social calendar across BigPanda’s corporate channel and selected executive profiles.
  • Turn company narratives, research, customer evidence, analyst insight, events, and product moments into social-native content.
  • Develop posts, carousels, quote-led assets, polls, short articles, and recurring content series that give audiences a reason to stop, think, and respond.
  • Support executive thought leadership by shaping ideas, finding the strongest angle, calibrating voice, and packaging content for publication.
  • Create social packages around anchor content assets.
  • Monitor performance and audience response, identify what’s earning attention, and use those signals to improve the next round of content.

Short-form and social-native video
Own the fast, useful, human end of video production—the content that needs to move quickly and live in the feed, at an event, or in a follow-up moment.
  • Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, shot lists, and lightweight production plans for short-form video.
  • Capture and produce thought-leadership clips, executive soundbites, event moments, product perspectives, customer or partner moments, and social-native explainers.
  • Edit and package raw footage into polished, captioned, platform-ready assets using tools such as Descript, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalents.
  • Shoot phone-quality content when authenticity and speed matter—and know when a more produced approach is warranted.
  • Create multiple cuts, openings, aspect ratios, captions, thumbnails, and copy variations from a single recording or source asset.
  • Help executives and subject-matter experts become more comfortable and effective on camera.
  • Build a repeatable workflow for turning recordings, webinars, interviews, and events into a steady stream of useful content.

This role is distinct from planned, higher-production videos such as product explainers, technical overviews, and large webinar productions. You’ll partner with the owners of those programs, but your core remit is the social-native layer that keeps the market engaged between major launches.

Narrative-to-channel activation
Make BigPanda’s core story reusable without making it repetitive.
  • Translate strategic narratives into channel-ready content families with a clear audience, point of view, and next step.
  • Turn one anchor asset into a coordinated and snackable set of social posts, videos, carousels, event moments, executive content, and field or demand handoffs.
  • Keep derivative content anchored to approved messaging, claims, proof, and terminology.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing to identify the strongest story, evidence, or tension in each source asset.
  • Maintain enough editorial judgment to simplify technical ideas without flattening them into generic AI language.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation, transcription, clipping, repurposing, and first-pass drafting—while applying human judgment to accuracy, voice, and quality.

Event and real-time content
Extend the life of important moments before, during, and after they happen.
  • Act as a content correspondent at priority events, including BigPanda’s annual user conference, field events, analyst moments, and selected partner or customer programs.
  • Capture usable footage, quotes, reactions, insights, and visual moments in the field.
  • Publish or hand off timely social content while the conversation is still live.
  • Produce event recap videos, short clips, quote-led posts, photo and video packages, and follow-up content that keeps the moment working after the room clears.
  • Build pre-event content packages that generate momentum and give speakers, attendees, and field teams useful content to share.

Lightweight creative production and content operations
Produce strong, on-brand work without routing every asset through a formal creative queue.
  • Create or direct-produce carousels, quote tiles, thumbnails, simple motion assets, event graphics, and social imagery.
  • Maintain visual and verbal consistency across everything you publish or package.
  • Keep source files, templates, captions, approvals, and final assets organized and easy to reuse.
  • Help establish a lightweight brief-to-publish workflow that keeps priorities visible and handoffs clean.
  • Coordinate with Content, Design, Web, Demand Generation, PR, Events, and other partners when a social or video asset needs broader activation.

What success looks like
  • BigPanda has a consistent, recognizable social presence tied to a clear market point of view—not a random stream of announcements.
  • Assets work as a connected content system across executive social, corporate social, video, events, field, and demand programs.
  • Executives and subject-matter experts have a practical, low-friction way to show up on camera and share useful ideas.
  • One source asset routinely produces a meaningful family of high-quality social and video derivatives.
  • Priority events generate content that extends their reach and usefulness beyond the event itself.
  • The team learns what earns attention, what creates useful engagement, and what should be repeated, improved, or stopped.
  • Content moves from idea to published asset with less friction, fewer unnecessary review loops, and clearer ownership.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8 years in B2B social, content, brand activation, digital media, or related marketing roles. Enterprise technology or SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates social-native thinking and real examples of short-form video you personally helped script, shoot, edit, or publish.
  • Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, visual storytelling, platform behavior, and what makes someone stop scrolling.
  • Short-form video fluency is non-negotiable. You’ve made the thing—not just briefed an agency to make it.
  • Comfortable writing concise, high-quality social copy, video scripts, captions, headlines, and executive posts. Long-form editorial writing is useful, but it is not the center of this role.
  • Strong editorial judgment: you can make complex technical or business ideas clear, specific, and interesting without overclaiming.
  • Comfortable working directly with executives and subject-matter experts, including helping them find their voice and feel natural on camera.
  • High autonomy and low process dependency. You default to figuring it out, making a good call, and moving the work forward.
  • A bias toward shipping over perfecting. You know the difference between done-and-good and done-and-sloppy.
  • Experience activating content around events, webinars, launches, or executive thought leadership programs.
  • Comfortable using AI tools in a thoughtful, controlled workflow for transcription, ideation, editing, repurposing, and production support.
  • Proficiency in some combination of Descript, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent video tools; Canva, Figma, or similar lightweight creative tools; and LinkedIn, Instagram/Threads, Facebook, and Twitter/X natively.
  • Familiarity with GEO/AEO and content discoverability is a plus, but social judgment, video craft, and execution are more important for this role.
