** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027. Department/Position Description:
The Consumer insights & Analytics Team is made up of two specialized groups: Consumer Insights, Consumer Analytics
The Consumer Insights team helps the business understand what customers value, how well our brands deliver to those expectations, how market trends and consumer needs evolve, and which levers to pull to improve performance versus competitors.
The team uses a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to collect, analyze, and interpret data. These insights support growth strategies, optimize brand offerings, enhance customer experiences, and drive enterprise-wide innovation.
The Consumer Analytics team develops a deep understanding of customer behavior by leveraging transactional data, third-party data sources, demographic information, and other external datasets. Using advanced analytics techniques, statistical modeling, and predictive methodologies, the team transforms complex data into actionable insights that support high-value business decisions. Consumer Analytics serves as a trusted consultative partner, providing data-driven recommendations and thought leadership that help the business better understand customers, identify opportunities, and drive growth.
The intern will gain hands-on experience across business strategy, research, and communication. They will support the preparation of presentations and reports that turn complex insights into clear and actionable stories as well as help develop and curate materials for stakeholders. They will also have the opportunity to contribute to the management of the team's roadmap by helping track projects, organize documentation, and coordinate communications. The intern may also assist with research for executive escalations and strategic studies, which would include gathering and analyzing data, synthesizing findings, and preparing reports or notes.
This role is a great fit for someone interested in consumer behavior, strategy, and communication. It offers exposure to how data and insights inform company decision-making and the chance to build skills in research, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications :
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn information into clear and engaging stories
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Curiosity about consumer behavior, trends, data, and how it informs decision-making
  • Experience working with presentations, spreadsheets, and digital tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, or similar tools).
  • Experience using SQL, R, or Python
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Previous research or project coordination experience is a plus but not required

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $34.20
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $37.80
