Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period.

Summary/Objective:

The Consumer and Small Business Loan Processor I collaborates with Financial Solutions Guides, members, underwriters, and vendors to process and prepare consumer and small business loans for closing. This role ensures all underwriting conditions are met, verifies borrower information, prepares necessary documents, and coordinates loan closings for credit card and personal loan files using Meridian Link, Synapsys, and Symitar, and communicates with various stakeholders to facilitate loan processing while continually demonstrating a superior approach to service as they engage internal and external members over the phone, email, and chat.

Essential Functions include:
  • Verifies that all underwriting conditions and/or stipulations have been met.
  • Obtains and verifies borrower information and documentation, by collecting and verifying important information and documentation from the borrower, such as employment history, income, business documents, tax returns, and other financial information.
  • Prepares all necessary documents and materials for the loan closing process, including coordinating the date of settlement and disbursing funds to the borrower.
  • Process files for credit cards and personal loans, using Meridian Link, Synapsys, and Symitar.
  • Contacts members, dealers, counties/states and other financial institutions to properly facilitate the processing of loan files.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience 
  • Data entry, ten key by touch, Word, Excel, Internet 

Work Environment:

Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
  • Full time 40 hours per week
  • Days of work: Monday - Friday

Compensation Information:

 

The person hired into this position will likely earn between  $20.03 and $25.00 per hour, plus annual bonus.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.

 

Anticipated Application Window:
