The OpportunityAs a Configuration Consultant at Cotality, you will be at the forefront of tailoring our SaaS platforms to exceed client expectations. Your mission is to bridge the gap between client vision and technical reality, configuring our systems to drive maximum ROI and deliver unparalleled value.

Key ResponsibilitiesVision-to-Logic Transformation: Translate client guidelines and business standards into powerful equations that fuel our SaaS platform’s rules engine.
Strategic Client Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between clients and the platform, leading meetings to gather feedback, answer technical questions, and ensure program effectiveness.
Precision Quality Control: Execute internal configuration processes with high precision, managing everything from initial client onboarding to ongoing program maintenance.
Implementation Leadership: Partner with workstream leaders and project participants to develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring all key deliverables and go-live dates are met with excellence.
Job Qualifications:
Job QualificationsExperience & Education: 2+ years of experience as a Configuration Analyst (or similar role) and/or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Required skills in programming or scripting (Python, Bash, JSON, C#, or similar) and mandatory experience with XML.
Software Foundations: Deep familiarity with database structures and solid exposure to core software development concepts.
