Role OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to help clients successfully manage onboarding and ongoing usage of our AI-powered prevailing wage platform. Prior experience in prevailing wage and apprenticeship / construction is preferred. We provide robust training and ongoing support to ensure your success. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow quickly in a startup environment, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles as we scale.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary client contact, clearly communicating compliance processes and requirements.
Manage key activities, including coordinating payroll documentation collection from subcontractors to ensure successful audits.
Utilize our AI-driven platform to track compliance documentation, monitor client progress, and generate accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify potential compliance risks proactively and collaborate with our internal team to address them effectively.
Provide thoughtful feedback to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
3+ years of experience in detail-oriented, client-facing roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
An adaptable learner comfortable quickly mastering new software tools.
Highly dependable and capable of independently managing multiple projects.
Familiarity with the Davis-Bacon Act (prevailing wage)
Understanding of labor compliance processes, construction, and other physical industries
