The Job
As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of Omnidian’s national Field Service Partner (FSP) network. This role will support the collection and management of partner compliance documentation, coordination of third-party vetting processes, and the maintenance of key compliance data in Salesforce. You will also assist in building a nationwide licensing database to support solar O&M operations. This role reports to the Manager, Service Partner Network and works closely with Onboarding, Legal, Operations, and Partner Account Management teams.
What You'll Do

- Proactively request and collect updated insurance and licensing documentation from FSPs upon expiration.
- Track expiration dates, follow up with partners, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and process third-party vetting requests for customers.
- Ensure all compliance data is accurate and complete.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a nationwide licensing database for solar O&M requirements
- Research state-specific licensing requirements and track partner compliance
- Support compliance reporting and internal audits as needed
- Assist with Salesforce FSP Object updates, including populating compliance-related fields
- Support data hygiene and ensure record consistency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline compliance workflows

Who You Are
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proactive problem solver with a service mindset
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes
Experience You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, operations, or administrative support (preferably in a regulated or service-based industry)
- Experience managing documentation and tracking deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM or database tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience That’s a Plus
- Experience with partner/vendor compliance or insurance documentation
- Familiarity with solar, or energy industry licensing requirements
- Previous experience in supporting legal, risk, or compliance teams
