What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Compensation leadership and HR Business Partners as the Compensation Partner for multiple client groups and independently handle client relationships
  • Collaborate directly with HR Business Partners and clients as a subject matter authority to ensure compensation recommendations and programs are aligned, relevant to both the market and internal equity, and compliant
  • Analyze sales compensation data to assess the effectiveness of the sales incentive plans
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales compensation administration
  • Provide advice and pay recommendations, participate in salary surveys, and conduct job evaluations for employees at all levels
  • Inspire change management, process improvement, communications and engagement initiatives
  • Work closely with key partners and act as the primary lead during the annual planning cycle for assigned client groups including auditing and reporting for roll up meeting with senior leaders
  • Lead multiple projects such as annual compensation planning, salary structure management and pay transparency to name a few

What We're Looking For:

  • Five years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability in compensation or related field
  • Proficiency in analytics and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in producing leadership-ready presentations
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing broad-based global compensation programs
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leveraging cross functional relationships with Human Resources, Finance and Legal
  • Skilled knowledge of global compensation plans, laws, and regulations to include FLSA, EEO, 409A, and other wage and hour rules and regulations
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Strong customer service presence and focus

The Company has good cause to conduct a review of criminal history for this specific position based on the job duties (see listed job duties above) and because the role will involve access to confidential client information or data, confidential or sensitive personnel information, as well as highly sensitive proprietary company information and trade secrets.

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.  For information about our comprehensive US benefits programs and eligibility, please review our Benefits-at-a-Glance document.
