We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Community Marketing Generalist to lead execution of the Onit Community Program. This high-exposure role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across the Onit business and customer base, helping shape the future of our customer engagement and thought leadership initiatives—especially in the area of AI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Marketing & Content:
Strong writing and storytelling skills; experience with content creation, and basic design skills (PowerPoint, web). - Community & Events:
Skilled in event planning, relationship-building, and client interaction; enjoys meeting customers and fostering connections. - Competency with tools and AI Fluency:
A love of using tech and strong competency with office, content and common marketing tools. Deep interest in AI and regular use of AI tools in work and daily life. Video editing and strong design skills are a plus. - Strong execution and proactive:
Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented; a proactive problem solver. - Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and represent the community program internally and externally. - Industry Insight:
Background in legal, legal tech, or legal operations is a plus.
