About the role

As the Senior Community Manager at Bloom Growth, you will own and build the community experience for our users and coaches, creating an active, valuable space where members connect, learn, and grow. This is a builder role for someone who sees opportunities, develops a strategy, and takes action to bring ideas to life. You’ll own community strategy through daily execution—creating programming, building relationships, testing new ideas, and using member insights and data to continuously improve the experience. Your work will help turn community into a meaningful driver of connection, retention, and growth for Bloom Growth.

What you'll do

  • Build and evolve the community experience by testing new ideas, measuring results, and scaling what works
  • Drive the daily health and momentum of the community by starting conversations, connecting members, recognizing successes, and encouraging participation
  • Develop and manage a recurring community programming calendar with discussions, events, resources, and experiences that create ongoing value
  • Build relationships with members, Coaches, Coach Partners, and Self-Implementors to understand their needs and strengthen engagement
  • Identify and coordinate Coaches, subject matter experts, members, and guest speakers to contribute valuable community programming
  • Plan and host virtual events including Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, workshops, office hours, and member spotlights
  • Design and continuously improve member onboarding and re-engagement efforts to increase participation
  • Monitor community performance and member feedback, using insights to determine what to expand, change, test, or stop
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and BG OS teams to share community insights and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Create written and visual content that reflects the Bloom Growth brand and supports community education, connection, and engagement
QualificationsRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing an online community, membership program, or customer engagement platform
  • Experience with dedicated community platforms such as Mighty Networks, Circle, Slack, Discord, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience building community programming and driving member engagement
  • Experience creating engaging written content and facilitating online discussions
  • Experience planning and hosting virtual events
  • Ability to independently develop ideas, make decisions, and turn strategy into execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically or internationally
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting Software as a Service (SaaS), coaching, or founder-focused organizations
  • Familiarity with Bloom, Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Scaling Up, Pinnacle, or similar business operating frameworks
  • Experience analyzing community engagement metrics and translating insights into action
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar software
  • Experience with project management or marketing automation tools
