The Product Owner translates customer problems into prioritized product work, writes user stories, manages the backlog, collaborates with Engineering and Design, leverages AI tools for research and documentation, participates in Agile ceremonies, and supports delivery of AI-enabled SaaS features to improve customer outcomes.

Manage and automate AWS cloud infrastructure, improve reliability and performance, implement IaC, monitor and troubleshoot production systems, enforce cloud security best practices, collaborate with Engineering/Product, and evaluate new cloud technologies to support a scalable SaaS platform.

Manage the full B2B sales cycle to drive new customer acquisition and revenue. Prospect and engage leads, run discovery calls and product demos, close deals, maintain a healthy pipeline and HubSpot records, collaborate with Customer Success, and meet monthly and quarterly targets. Travel as needed.
