This leader will craft a unified voice that builds brand reputation, engages stakeholders, and fosters a culture of transparency, alignment, and resilience across the organization.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic advisor and hands-on builder — someone who thrives in complexity, leads with grit, and inspires trust through clear, authentic communication.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, inspire, and drive effective and collaborative communications campaigns inside and outside the company that align with our strategy and goals related to corporate sustainability, thought leadership and employer brand.
  • Increase brand awareness and elevate our reputation by collaborating with internal subject matter experts, digital, events and other marketing teams as well as clients and industry partners to effectively convey the company’s expertise and accomplishments.
  • Manage the external PR and media strategy and day-to-day relationship with agency.
  • Drive the highly coordinated cross-functional effort to create our annual corporate sustainability report, ensuring it accurately reflects our brand and commitment to a sustainable future.
  • Enhance and help drive greater awareness of our employer brand through a variety of channels and campaigns and craft compelling narratives that attract top talent and showcase our inclusive and purpose-driven work environment.
  • Write, edit and manage a variety of external communications, including articles, blogs, press releases and social media to convey a consistent and positive corporate image.
  • Maintain year-round effort to record and track progress toward ESG KPIs, create reporting dashboards, gather input from cross-functional teams, and respond to requests and questionnaires regarding sustainability actions and policies.
  • Collect, write and edit stories and examples from around the company to inspire our internal and external audiences on the impact of our work.
  • Additional responsibilities as the business requires.

Why you’re excited about this opportunity

  • You’ll be joining a team of experienced communications professionals, helping us continue to elevate our brand and cultivate CLEAResult’s people-first culture built on our core values of respect, accountability and transparency.
  • You’ll have the best of both worlds with the flexibility to work from home and occasionally join team members in the office.
  • You will write and edit inspiring thought leadership pieces on a variety of topics that directly align with our purpose of making the world more environmentally sustainable.

We’re excited about your…

  • 7+ years of Corporate Communications experience, internal and external, specifically in medium to large high growth companies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with superb ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
  • Exceptional project management skills, ability to manage a large workload with tight deadlines while being an enthusiastic team player who works well cross-functionally with many partner teams.
  • Considerable knowledge of communications trends, best practices and emerging approaches, and prior experience using mediums and methods to engage internal and external audiences
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail. High energy, sense of urgency, entrepreneurial attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Highly skilled at applying intuition, leaning in, and asking questions to better understand, and quickly connecting the dots across various initiatives and teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to respond quickly and gracefully to shifting priorities
  • Extensive skills with Microsoft Office 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
